101 Spadina is a 50-storey mixed-use tower by Devron Developments set to rise in Toronto’s vibrant Entertainment District, offering a blend of residential and commercial space.

Designed by AUDAX Architecture and Turner Fleischer Architects, the tower features a traditional brick façade and striking arches, inspired by the area’s architecture. 101 Spadina offers 452 residential suites, each with custom features, 9-foot ceilings, and a private balcony. At street level, 66.4m² of retail space will contribute to the tower’s total Gross Floor Area of 35,063m².

101 Spadina will offer 1,114m² of indoor and 279m² of outdoor amenities. These include fitness and yoga studios, sauna rooms, a lounge and bar, a media lounge, co-working spaces, a 24/7 concierge, outdoor dining and lounge areas, and a 266m² rooftop terrace with remarkable views of the city skyline. The proposal also features a 1,000m² public park at the corner of Spadina Avenue and Adelaide Street West. Additionally, five levels of underground parking will accommodate 70 public spaces, 122 resident spaces, and 453 bicycle spaces.

Situated at the northeast corner of Spadina Avenue and Oxley Street, 101 Spadina is surrounded by the vibrant energy of the Entertainment District, offering an abundance of shopping, dining, entertainment, arts, culture, parks, and waterfront attractions. With a transit score of 100 and a walk score of 99, the location ensures seamless access to Toronto’s transit system, including streetcar lines and subway stations. The surrounding neighbourhood is undergoing significant growth with numerous high-rise and mixed-use developments proposed or under construction.

101 Spadina is expected to be completed in 2029.
