Designed by BDP Quadrangle and Kirkor Architects Planners for Hullmark, First Capital, and Woodbourne Canada Management Inc., 1071 King Street West will feature 298 residential units across 198,013 sq. ft. Additionally, the development will offer over 5,600 sq. ft. of retail space at ground level. The proposed 230 m2 multi-level parkette will include an open plaza, seating, a drinking fountain, a water station, lighting, and a green wall. The triangular site of 1071 King Street West allows for a wedge-shaped development with a red brick exterior, a contrast from Toronto’s box-shaped towers.
Located in the heart of Toronto, Liberty Village is one of the city’s most vibrant and lively neighbourhoods. It’s proximity to city attractions, green spaces, and abundance of cafes, restaurants, and retail shops, supports an active lifestyle while fostering a sense of community. 1071 King Street West boasts a transit score of 91, a walk score of 97, and bike score of 88.
