Yonge & Roselawn will introduce a new mixed-use community to Toronto’s Yonge-Eglinton neighbourhood, bringing together modern living, heritage preservation, strong connectivity, and a focus on sustainability.
The development proposes two residential towers rising 24 and 30 storeys, connected by a seven-storey commercial podium. Spanning approximately 563,900 square feet, the project is set to deliver 636 residential units and an abundance of amenities designed to elevate everyday life. These amenities include a gym, outdoor pool, co-working spaces, urban farming plots, and various lounging and dining spaces. Yonge & Roselawn will accommodate diverse transportation needs, with 252 car parking spaces and 683 bicycle parking spaces. The seven-storey podium will feature approximately 65,000 square feet of retail space across the ground and second floors, with units ranging from 1,700 to 33,000 square feet.
The existing façades at 2430 and 2434 Yonge Street will be retained and thoughtfully integrated into the new design, preserving the historical character of the neighbourhood.
Yonge & Roselawn also enhances the public realm through the addition of approximately 13,000 square feet of public park along Roselawn Avenue. This green space will provide additional outdoor amenities for both residents and the broader community.
Sustainability is a key consideration in the project’s design, incorporating numerous sustainability elements and certifications. This includes pursuing Zero Carbon Building certification, targeting LEED Gold, and aligning with Tier 2 of the Toronto Green Standard V3, demonstrating a strong commitment to reducing environmental impact and supporting responsible urban development.
Yonge & Roselawn sits at the centre of the lively Yonge-Eglinton neighbourhood, surrounded by a dynamic mix of residential and commercial uses. Midtown Toronto is known for its wide array of dining, entertainment, and shopping opportunities, with convenient access to the city’s transit system. As a major transit hub, the neighbourhood attracts steady foot traffic from residents, office workers, and visitors, making it a highly active and well-connected destination.
Yonge and Roselawn is currently under construction and expected to be complete by 2027.
