One Delisle is a striking new mixed-use tower in the heart of mid-town Toronto designed by renowned architect Jeanne Gang of Studio Gang, the firm’s first project in Canada. Developed by Slate Asset Management, the tower brings density and vertical growth to the neighbourhood with innovative design and complex façade. One Delisle represents a bold step in transforming Toronto’s skyline, emphasizing sustainability and inclusivity in the future of high-rise living.

 The 370,000 sq. ft. mixed-use project includes residential, retail, and public space. The 44-storey tower begins with a square podium at its base and spirals upward to transform into a 16-sided circular structure. The striking façade of One Delisle features a series of eight-storey vertical modules arranged in a honeycomb/alternating pattern. With the residential balconies situated within them and terraces on top, this provides protection from weather elements, including sun, wind, and rain. One Delisle’s architecture takes inspiration from the surrounding neighbourhood, incorporating retained elements of 1498 Yonge Street in the podium’s design. The podium is set back to allow for new ground-level retail space and landscaped sidewalks, enhancing the overall pedestrian experience.

One Delisle features 371 units within three collections of residences: City Collection (floors 5–29), Sky Collection (floors 30–43), and the Penthouse Collection (floors 45–47). The residential spaces are thoughtfully designed to enhance comfort and style while maximizing natural light and city views. Each unit is equipped with elevated features and finishes, custom kitchens, and smart home technology. Most include a balcony or terrace, offering residents a private outdoor space to enjoy panoramic views of Toronto.

The amenities at One Delisle are designed to balance urban luxury with a welcoming atmosphere, providing spaces that support a sense of community and personal well-being. With a focus on health and wellness, residents gain access to a fitness centre, pool, and spa, including a dry sauna, salt room, and eucalyptus room. One Delisle encourages social gatherings, offering numerous hosting areas, such as a dining room, wine and cocktail lounge, and an interactive kids’ room. Additionally, a large amenity terrace is situated atop the building’s podium, overlooking Delisle Park. Delisle Park, located west of the tower, will be expanded and redesigned by Janet Rosenberg & Studio to create a space for fitness, activities, relaxation, and connection.

Located in Toronto’s upscale Yonge and St. Clair neighbourhood, One Delisle is surrounded by premier shopping, diverse dining, cultural landmarks, and scenic green spaces. With a walk score of 85, a transit score of 97, and a bike score of 77, the development blends convenience with elevated urban living. As a major transit hub, Yonge and St. Clair offers seamless connectivity across the city via Toronto’s transit system, including subway, streetcar, and bus routes.

One Delisle is expected to be completed in 2027.
